Very Cool Spaces, LLC is a real estate and business development company with a "Downtown" focus, based in Pullman Washington.
Founded by Mike Yates, our company has developed and consulted over 15 companies and closely held affiliates in the Pullman area. VCS and its affiliates have been instrumental in recruiting, consulting, and developing various commercial tenant spaces (electronics manufacturing, office, retail and restaurants) now located in Downtown Pullman and the surrounding area.
We specialize in downtown revitalization and new business development, by acquiring under-utilized and/or vacant buildings and creating new life in them through adaptive reuse, restoration, and new tenant development. As a "fully integrated company", we own and manage our properties, and are involved in aspects of the Design, Development and Construction. Our goal is to create "very cool spaces" through complimentary design and blending of new and historical elements, with a strong consideration to community needs and neighboring buildings/businesses.
